The problem isn't ideas. It's backing.

If you publish health content, you already know this feeling.

You want to write about bloating, fiber, probiotics, the low-FODMAP protocol. But you're not certain what is actually proven versus what is just repeated.

Health is YMYL territory. Platforms, search engines and readers all punish unsupported claims — and a single confidently-wrong sentence can cost you the audience you spent a year building.

So you open PubMed. Three hours later you have two half-read abstracts and no idea whether the study was in 12 mice or 900 adults.

Reading the evidence properly takes longer than writing the content. That's the whole problem.

What a card actually looks like

This is card RB01 from the kit — real, unedited, exactly as delivered.

Compliance flag: must state that this evidence comes from a pediatric study; adult use requires individualisation. The kit tells you exactly how to word this.

Every card carries a compliance flag where the evidence is weaker than the headline claim — so you never overstate by accident.

Is this medical advice?

No — and deliberately so. Every card states what the evidence supports and where it stops. The kit is built for people who write about health, not for diagnosis or treatment. If anything, it will make you write more cautiously than you do now.

Do I need to know Python or run any code?

No. You get Markdown and CSV files plus a written method. The optional production scripts are included for people who want to scale, but nothing in the kit requires them.

Isn't gut health a narrow niche?

Gut health is the edition, not the product. What you're buying is the card schema and the production method — the 40 cards are a fully worked example so you can see exactly what good looks like before you apply it to your own topic. Sleep, metabolic health and hormone editions follow the identical pipeline.

Where does the evidence come from?

Europe PMC / PubMed. Every card carries the PMID and DOI so you can verify any claim yourself in one click. 24 of the 40 are Level A — randomised controlled trials or meta-analyses.

What if it isn't useful?

14-day refund, no questions. Reply to your receipt and it's done.
